Yew Tree Cottage
Yew Tree Cottage is a fully-furnished family residence situated in Pounceys, St Paul's. The house consists of two bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and utility room. There is also a car port adjacent to the house and an additional outside toilet. There is a full length veranda running the length of the house, which is semi-enclosed with glass. The house has a well-kept garden, which is looked after by the caretaker of the property who goes there once a week.
Bedrooms:
One Double bedroom and one twin-bedded room. Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, double mirror wardrobe, dresser, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and a chair.

Electric Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery & Crockery
Bathroom:
Shower and bath facilities
Other Facilities:
Starter Pack, Bed Linen, Bath Towels, Tea Towels, Iron & Ironing Board, TV, music centre, telephone, dining table & 4 chairs, 2 Leather settees and chair in sitting room. Automatic washing machine and laundry facilities available in utility room, along with boiler for running hot water. Bed linen and towels provided.

Daily Rate:
£20/day per single let / £30/day per double let (includes electricity, water & local calls)
Monthly Rate:
£350 per month (includes payment for gardener, excludes electricity, water & telephone)
Other:
Long term lets preferred but will consider short term lets also. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for short-term lets
Guests are collected from wharf on arrival
