Two charming self-catering flats situated in the secluded heart of Jamestown, and both flats have a separate entrance. Shared laundry facilities available for both flats on the complex:
The Coach House (upstairs) is an open-plan studio flat and consists of a kitchen area with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, a well-screened twin bedded sleeping area, lounge with radio and telephone, and bathroom with bath and shower.

The Forge (downstairs) has a traditional twin bedded room with radio and telephone, separate kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Rates for both The Forge & Coach House are per let and include electricity, telephone for local calls and a starter pack.
Rates:
First Week £210 (minimum charge)
Second Week £140 (£20 per day)
Third Week £70 (£10 per day)
First Month £450
Longer Lets £300 per Month (£10 per day)
Guests are collected from the seafront on arrival at St Helena
