A new two bedroom bungalow with a patio, situated just below High Knoll Fort in Upper Cow Path with a spectacular sea view. The house has one double and one single bedroom; a separate toilet; the bathroom has another toilet, bath with shower; dinning room; lounge with three piece suite, TV, CD/radio and a spacious kitchen with pine table & four chairs, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron & ironing board. The house has running hot water throughout which is heated by solar energy and a telephone. Guests are collected from the Seafront on arrival and a welcome pack is provided.
Rates are per let
Daily rate: £25 per day - Electricity is extra.
Monthly rate: £350 - utilities are extra.
For long term lets, a deposit of £350 will be required a month in advance.
Guests are collected from the seafront on arrival.
