Prince's Lodge

Prince's Lodge is a well-kept family residence situated in St Paul's area.  It is a private, early Georgian property with beautiful grounds and a history that goes back to the 1800's.  The house has spacious rooms, upstairs is a large master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower and two twin-bedded rooms with a separate bathroom.  On the ground floor is a third twin-bedded room with en-suite facilities which can also be used a bed sit with its own private entrance.

Prince's Lodge is also home to the largest collection of St Helena pictures in the world, which is known a the ‘Castell Collection' - open to the public.

There is one double bedroom and three twin-bedded rooms with additional twin beds for children.

Kitchen Facilities include:  Electric Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, twin-tub washing machine and laundry facilities available in utility/garage adjacent to house, Dining Table & Chairs, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery & Crockery, running hot water.

Other Facilities include a starter Pack, Bed Linen, Bath Towels, Tea Towels, Iron & Ironing Board, Telephone and Radio.

 

Daily Rates:                 £30.00 per night for the first 30 nights

                                    £20.00 per night (30 + nights)

                                    (Rates include electricity, water and local telephone calls)

 

Long term lets are negotiable.  A 50% deposit is required

 

Guests are collected from Wharf on arrival by the resident caretaker

 

Separate Studio Flat:

This compact flat is furnished with twin beds and has its own private entrance.  It has kitchen/dining facilities and an en-suite shower.  It is also equipped with a washing machine. Other Facilities include a starter Pack, Bed Linen, Bath Towels, Tea Towels, Iron & Ironing Board, Telephone and Radio.

Daily Rates:

£25.00 per room per night for the first 30 nights

£15.00 per room per night for after the first 30 nights

(Rates include electricity, water and local telephone calls)

 Longer term lets by special arrangement.

A 50% deposit is required.

Guests are collected from Wharf on arrival by the resident caretaker.
