Post Box Walks

St Helena Nature Conservation Group (SNCG) has devised Post Box Walks covering some of the most scenic and remote areas of the island.   These walks are rated on effort and terrain scales out of 10 and it is strongly recommended that on walks with a rating of 5 or above, you are accompanied by someone who knows the route.  At the end of each walk is a Post Box containing an ink stamp and a 'Visitor's Book'.  

Before setting off on your walking adventure, let St. Helena Tourism give you a helping hand.  Post Box Walk booklets are available for sale, on island from the Tourist Office, the National Trust Office, Serena's Gift Shop or on board the RMS St Helena.  The booklets consist of a map, a walk description, a space for each stamp (makes a great souvenir), and various images for each of the 21 Post Box Walks.
