Napoleon's Tomb

The Emperor chose Sane Valley (the site of Napoleon's tomb) as his burial place.  He came across Sane Valley on one of his walks and was delighted with the peaceful landscape and plants that grew there.

The English Government allowed the Emperor's remains to be returned to France and placed in the Invalides in Paris.
