Jacob's Ladder
Built in 1829 as an inclined plane, which was used to haul manure and send goods down. The ladder is an iconic landmark in Jamestown with its 699 steps, stretching 600ft high.
Anyone who walks the Jacob's ladder can buy a certificate from the Museum of St Helena, located at the foot of the ladder.
