This self-catering flat is part of, and adjoins the owner's natural stone home but has its own separate entrance, and is approximately two miles from Jamestown.  There is a spacious twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, small kitchen area with small electric cooker, fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, food processor, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and running hot water, and small open plan lounge/dining area with TV, radio and telephone.  Rates are per let and include electricity and a starter pack. Telephone calls are extra.

FULL RATE Weeks 1 & 2:                  £25.00 single

                                                           £40.00 double

 

10% DISCOUNT Weeks 3 - 6:           £22.50 single

                                                            £36.00 double

 

20% DISCOUNT Week 7+:                £20.00 single

                                                            £32.00 double

 

Longer term stay accepted - monthly rate negotiable.     

Once booking is confirmed, a 10% non-refundable deposit required

  

  

Guests are collected from the seafront on arrival at St Helena
