Fowler's Town House
A town centre detached, self-catering house situated secretly out of the way from the hustle and bustle with a view of the RMS when in harbour. It's a one minute walk to Main Street, Jamestown. This accommodation has two bedrooms joined by open curtained doorway, main bedroom has ¾ bed and second bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen/Dining with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, crockery & cutlery. Lounge furnished with 3 piece lounge suite, telephone for local calls & radio. Bathroom with hot water supplied from a solar panel, bath and electric shower. Spacious open plan veranda & patio, linked to sheltered secluded back patio. Rates included starter pack, electricity, water and local telephone calls. 10% (minimum £50) refundable deposit required to secure all bookings. In addition full rent required 1 full calendar month before tenancy begins.
Deposit is returned within a week after the tenants have vacated the premises and the contents/condition can be verified. Normal wear and tear accepted. Damages will be taken from deposit.
Guests are collected from the seafront on arrival at St Helena
