A town centre detached, self-catering house situated secretly out of the way from the hustle and bustle with a view of the RMS when in harbour. A minute walk to Main Street, Jamestown, this accommodation has two bedrooms joined by open curtained doorway, main bedroom has a single bed and second bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen/Dining with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, crockery & cutlery. Lounge furnished with 3 piece lounge suite, telephone for local calls & radio. Bathroom with hot water supplied from a solar panel, bath and electric shower. Spacious open plan verandah & patio, linked to sheltered secluded back patio. Rates include starter pack.
10% (minimum £50) refundable deposit required to secure all bookings. In addition full rent required 1 full calendar month before tenancy begins. Your deposit is returned within a week after the tenants have vacated the premises and the contents/condition can be verified. Normal wear and tear accepted. Damages will be taken from deposit.
