The Festival of Arts & Culture is a celebration of our cultural diversity including music, drama, crafts, art, ...the list goes on!  With a full two-week programme, it is a chance for us to be reminded of how special we really are...and it is also a great time for those visitors wanting to fully experience St Helena.
