Dutton House
Two Self Catering flats situated in the heart of Jamestown. All accommodation comes fully furnished with linen, washing machine, shower, cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, steam iron, telephone and DVD player, and a welcome starter pack. Water is included with the rent. Electricity and telephone are not included and will be charged at the end of your sta.
Flat 1. has two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower and toilet, bed linen and towels supplied, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room come lounge which over looks the main street of James town and a court yard sit out.
Flat 2. has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite shower and toilet, bed linen and towels supplied, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room come lounge which over looks the main street of James town and a veranda over looking Castle Gardens.
Dutton house is just 2 minutes walk to the park(castle gardens) restaurants and shops and 5 minutes walk to the wharf and swimming pool.
Rates:
1 to 7 nights @ £35.00 per night
8 to 30 nights @ £25.00 per night
AFTER 31 nights @ £15.00 per night
Someone will be available to receive you on the day of booking in. We don't collect or deliver clients, but a taxi can be arranged at £3.00 for the trip.
Payment can be made on the day of leaving the flat.
