The Town House (Susan's)

A Bed & Breakfast house situated in Jamestown. Self-catering is available upon request, and includes a cleaning service. The Town House is situated in Market Street - a 5-10 minute walk from the main shopping and eating areas, the public library, Museum of St Helena and Castle Gardens. This accommodation offers Bed and Breakfast services. It has 5 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. In total, we can accommodate up to 7 persons plus 3 camp beds available for kids. A spacious house with all modern facilities including dish washer/laundry equipment etc. Large kitchen/dining room/ lounge with TV, internet broadband facilities available but would be charged at cost.

Rates:

Bed & Breakfast rate from 1 January to 30 June 2012

2 x double en-suite rooms - rate = £55 per night for single occupancy or £77 per night for double occupancy

1 x single en-suite room - rate = £44 per night

2 x single rooms - sharing bathroom facilities (shower/bath/toilet/wash hand basin) - rate = £33 per night per room

Bed & Breakfast rate from 1 July 2012 to 31 December 2012

2 x double en-suite rooms - rate = £60 per night for single occupancy or £90 per night for double occupancy

1 x single en-suite room - rate = £50 per night

2 x single rooms - sharing bathroom facilities (shower/bath/toilet/wash hand basin) - rate = £40 per night per room

Self catering rate = £100 per day

Semi self catering = £120 per day - which would include a cleaning maid working from 8 am to 2pm for six days per week - Mondays to Saturdays.

Guests are collected from the seafront on arrival at St Helena.
